OSHA Safety App — Learnify — Last updated: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LEARNIFY YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LTD ŞTİ (“Learnify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Türkiye, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the OSHA Safety mobile application (the “App”) on iOS or Android. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Information you provide:
Information collected automatically (by the App and the third-party services it uses):
We do not collect your name, postal address, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, or payment card details.
Legal bases (EEA / UK users): we process personal data to provide the App you asked for (performance of a contract), for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App, and — for personalised advertising, tracking, and attribution where the law requires it — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process information under their own privacy policies:
The free version of the App shows ads served by Google AdMob. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent through Google’s consent message before personalised ads are shown; you can change your choice later from the App’s privacy settings where available, or by reinstalling the App.
iOS — App Tracking Transparency: on iPhone and iPad, the App asks for your permission before accessing your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) or tracking you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using the IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
Users with an active premium purchase or subscription do not see ads.
Premium features are offered through in-app purchases processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), including auto-renewing weekly or monthly subscriptions and, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple or Google processes your payment; we receive only confirmation of the purchase and its status (via RevenueCat) so we can unlock premium features and restore them on your devices. See our Terms of Use for subscription details, including how to cancel.
Your study progress, scores, bookmarks, and settings are stored only on your device and remain there until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App. We do not operate our own servers for user data. Data collected by the third-party services in Section 4 is stored on their servers and retained according to their own retention policies (for example, Firebase Analytics data is kept for a limited period configured in our account). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Purchase records held by Apple or Google are subject to their own policies and can be managed through your Apple ID or Google account.
We are based in Türkiye, and our service providers (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Meta App Events (Facebook SDK)) may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other countries. Where personal data from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
The App is intended for adults and older teens preparing for an exam or official process. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
EEA and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
California (CCPA / CPRA): California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion and correction of their personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosing advertising identifiers to ad and attribution partners for personalised advertising may be considered “sharing” under California law; you can opt out by declining tracking on iOS, opting out of personalised ads in your Android settings, or contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Türkiye (KVKK): users in Türkiye have the rights set out in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
To exercise any of these rights, email learnifyltd@gmail.com.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, and we choose service providers that apply industry-standard security. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
