These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the NZ Citizenship Test mobile application (the “App”) provided by LEARNIFY YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LTD ŞTİ (“Learnify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Türkiye. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By using the App you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The App is not directed to children under 13.
NZ Citizenship Test is an educational study tool designed to help users learn about New Zealand's history, government, geography, culture, and the responsibilities and privileges of New Zealand citizenship. It provides practice questions, mock tests, study materials, and progress tracking.
The App is an independent study resource created by Learnify. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Te Tari Taiwhenua — the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) of New Zealand, the New Zealand Government, or any other government agency.
Requirements for New Zealand citizenship are set by the Department of Internal Affairs and may change at any time. Using the App does not form part of, and does not affect, any citizenship application.
Any third-party names or trademarks mentioned in the App belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

The App is provided for educational and study purposes only. Its content is based on publicly available information and our own original practice material. While we work to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that:

The App and its content — including questions, explanations, text, graphics, audio, software, and design — are owned by or licensed to LEARNIFY YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LTD ŞTİ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
Free version: the App can be used for free with advertisements and limited features.
Premium: premium features (such as full content access and an ad-free experience) are available through in-app purchases processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Depending on your store and region, options may include:
Managing or cancelling: on iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play and go to Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may change; any price change for an existing subscription will be communicated in line with Apple’s or Google’s rules. You can restore previous purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.
The free version displays ads served by third-party networks, including Google AdMob. Ads are provided under the advertisers’ and networks’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products and services they promote. See our Privacy Policy for how to control personalised advertising.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected and how it is used.
The App relies on third-party services (such as app stores, advertising, analytics, and purchase management) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services or websites.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If these Terms conflict with the applicable store terms regarding your use of the App, the store terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update the App and its content, and we may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws and courts of your country of residence that apply to you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
